Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care products) may not be eligible for return once opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
